		<description>Frankly, I am quite concerned with the lack of safety these lights provide. They are spaced too far apart to support sufficient lighting for the downtown district. It was also noticed during a blizzard that the lights became covered in snow, since they do not radiate any heat, rendering them useless. It&#039;s nice to have a dark sky, but not at the risk of safety on the street.</description>
